StreamClass is where your training is delivered, live or on demand, and where the evidence of it collects as a by-product. One human-confirmed mapping drives your records, your scope checks, your certificates and your coverage evidence, so they cannot drift apart between audits.
It does not make you compliant on its own, and it does not replace your trainers, assessors or auditors. It makes their work visible.

2. We read the unit from training.gov.au and run the check
Against the current elements, performance criteria and knowledge evidence.
3. You get the report within two working days
Then a 30 minute call to go through it, if you want one.
It works beside your student management system
Most systems administer an RTO and leave delivery to a bolt-on. StreamClass starts from delivery, and says plainly where it stops. You can keep reporting from your current system in year one and move it across at a 1 January collection-year boundary.

One mapping drives everything
Map each course to its units once. From then on every part reads the same confirmed mapping and the same mirror of training.gov.au. An off-scope unit is not four discoveries months apart. It is a warning on the course, a finding in the export, a blocked enrolment and a refused certificate, all at once.

The accredited build
From a recording to an accredited course without leaving the builder: unit recognition, a course plan you can edit, a coverage check against each criterion, a teleprompter to film what is missing, and a compliance gate on publish.
The audit cockpit and reviewer access
Everything you would be asked to produce, in one place: evidence, coverage, validation, workforce, governance, reporting and scope. And one scoped, logged link for your auditor, validator or consultant.
What is still switching on
Two integrations wait on access that only government can grant. Until each arrives the platform behaves conservatively, and this page says so.

USI Registry verification
Built, and waiting on software-provider access from the USI Office. Until then StreamClass checks the format of a USI, never calls one verified, and holds automatic certificates. You issue Statements of Attainment from the admin screen once you have verified the USI yourself.
