Getting in touch
Email support@streamclass.com.au. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If it concerns a particular course or session, the web address of the page you were on saves us a round trip.
We read every message. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Email support@streamclass.com.au with enough detail to reproduce it.
Please do not run tests that could affect other customers, and do not access data that is not yours.
