What the monthly allowances mean
Learners are never counted. These three are, because they are what a session actually costs to run. Most customers never reach them.
Recording hours
Hours of recorded sessions and uploads we fetch, prepare, transcribe and draft into replays and courses each month.
Viewing hours
Hours your learners spend watching on demand each month. A live call does not count: your Zoom carries it.
Storage
Everything you keep with us: recordings, prepared video, documents.
Going over never stops a session or locks anyone out. We get in touch, and you can add a pack: 1,000 viewing hours for A$300, or 10 recording hours for A$60.

When you sell, how the money moves
You are the seller. Payments land in your own Stripe account, and the receipts and any tax settings are yours. StreamClass keeps one platform fee per sale and nothing else.
Free courses, assigned courses and member-only replays carry no fee.

Answered up front
What counts as a host?
A person who connects their Zoom account to run sessions, or who builds courses. Learners, attendees, group leaders and reviewers are not hosts and are never counted.
Do I need to buy Zoom from you?
No. You connect the Zoom account you already have. You need a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording if you want replays.
Can I start on Solo and move up?
Yes. Your sessions, courses and learners come with you. Nothing is rebuilt, and an RTO plan can be added the same way.
How do I get started?
Tell us what you run and we set you up on the plan that fits, usually the same business day. Paying by card online is on its way.
Where is my data kept?
Your courses, recordings and learner records are stored in Australia. You can export them yourself at any time.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you two months free. There is no lock-in, so you can stop at the end of any month.
