What the coverage check will and will not say
It verifies and evidences. It does not decide, and it never writes your AVETMISS mapping. A person confirms every match.
- Every requirement gets a verdict. Covered, partly covered or missing, for each element, performance criterion and knowledge item.
- Evidence is word for word or it is not shown. A quote that cannot be found in the transcript is discarded, and a verdict with no surviving evidence is downgraded.
- Teaching and assessing are checked separately. What the recording teaches is one question. What the course assesses is another.
- Timestamps where the source has them. One press plays the moment it was said.
- Superseded units are flagged. So you can plan to teach them out, not discover it at audit.
A gap becomes a script
For each missing criterion you get a short script for what still needs to be said or shown to camera.
