Official Wellington launch of the international exhibition 'Living With' accompanied by a City Talks presentation by architect Brendan MacFarlane of Paris-based practice Jakob+MacFarlane. MacFarlane will discuss the firm's recent work and the evolution of the exhibition. Guests are invited to stay afterwards for drinks and nibbles.
About the Speaker
Born in New Zealand, Brendan MacFarlane holds a master's degree from Harvard Graduate School of Design and graduated from SCI-Arc. In 1998, he co-founded Jakob+MacFarlane with Dominique Jakob. Key projects include the French University of Egypt campus, Community House in Belgium, Frac Centre in Orléans, Orange Cube in Lyon, and Restaurant Georges at Centre Pompidou in Paris.
