Biomass-derived hard carbons for energy storage

Engineers Australia

About this session

This presentation examines biomass-derived hard carbons for energy storage applications, focusing on how lignocellulosic composition and chemical refinement influence structural and electrochemical properties. Attendees will gain insight into supercapacitor electrode optimisation, biomass valorisation pathways, and sustainable materials engineering for clean energy systems and circular economy objectives.
