This session explores the planning and delivery of the Wollondilly Civic Centre and its role within the broader precinct redevelopment. Attendees will gain insight into how local government approaches major infrastructure projects, including governance frameworks, project management practices, stakeholder engagement, and planning for future growth. Speakers will share lessons learned throughout the development process and discuss the challenges of delivering complex public infrastructure while maintaining a functional town centre.
