About this session
A practical three-part program designed to help not-for-profit boards and executive teams build foundations for thoughtful, effective AI adoption. Participants will learn to set clear organisational goals and KPIs, identify expertise and resources needed, put appropriate policies and governance in place, design intentional AI experiments with measurement plans, and scope and resource a single AI use case ready for implementation.
