This webinar examines best-practice client education strategies to improve compliance and trust. It covers the communication gap between vets and pet owners, why clients forget medical information and don't follow recommendations, and five practical changes practices can implement using existing software, including pre-visit information, digital consent, discharge summaries, home care videos, vaccination certificates and automated reminders.

Interpret current pet owner research to identify communication gaps and quantify costs in callbacks and compliance. Apply a structured client education workflow across pre-visit, during-visit and post-visit touchpoints. Evaluate the business case for digital vaccination certificates and automated reminders.

About the Presenter
Abi Julian is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 10 years of experience spanning clinical practice and the veterinary commercial sector. She worked as a Veterinary Nurse in small animal practice and spent over four years managing client relationships with practices of all sizes before joining VetCheck.
