Program Overview
This trauma education program synthesises practical approaches from several modalities for treating PTSD and Complex PTSD clients. Day 1-2 covers PTSD using cognitive behavioural approach. Day 3-4 covers Complex PTSD (survivors of child abuse, neglect, developmental trauma) incorporating Emotion Focused Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment pathology treatment, ACT, CBT, and DBT.

Anyone. This program is intended for all mental health professionals globally. The content is applicable to both adult and adolescent populations. The spoken language is English.
Program Details
Self-paced material can be worked through over three months. Requires 30 hours commitment to complete Days 1-4 including a quiz. Printed handouts mailed before access provided. Optional access to one scheduled highly interactive livestream during access period. Extension or pause available upon request. Registration deadline 23/10/26 for printed materials delivery.
