Access to transcranial Doppler is limited across Australia — but a great deal of brain-perfusion assessment happens well before any technology gets involved. In this webinar, The Keiser Clinic shares the low-tech, bedside toolkit they use to assess cerebral blood flow in POTS, dysautonomia, long COVID, and post-concussion patients: orthostatic and positional testing, symptom provocation, and the clinical reasoning that ties it together. These tests give practitioners without Doppler a practical way to assess perfusion. The webinar will finish by looking at what TCD adds when you do have it — and why it remains the standard the bedside exam is working to approximate.
