About this session
This interactive 2-day online workshop introduces the Care Of People with Dementia in their Environments (COPE) program, providing occupational therapists with evidence-based strategies for dementia care. Participants learn comprehensive assessment skills, client-directed problem-solving, practical strategies for managing function and behaviours, and implementation planning for adopting COPE in clinical practice.

Who Should Attend
Suitable for new graduate to experienced occupational therapists. This course is not suitable for students.
Workshop Details
2-day interactive online workshop via Zoom. Tuesday 17 November and Wednesday 18 November 2026. Times vary by state: 9:00am-5:00pm ACT/VIC/TAS/NSW; 8:30am-4:30pm SA; 8:00am-4:00pm Qld; 7:30am-3:30pm NT; 6:00am-2:00pm WA. Log on 15 minutes prior each day.
