This comprehensive 3-day workshop offers participants a glimpse into the fascinating world of Child Centred Play Therapy (CCPT). Workshop participants learn ways of communicating with children which greatly enhance their relationship and enable the child to know they have been fully heard and understood.
Key Topics
Focus on emotional regulation and ways of responding to and being with children which will enable this, as well as the building of their self-esteem and the facilitation of change of negative internal working models. Facilitative, relationship-building ways of responding to children and core CCPT skills are introduced in role play demonstrations.
