About the Presenter
Debra Smallholme became a member of the Immigration and Protection Tribunal in 2015 and was appointed Deputy Chair in October 2022. She works in all appeal streams and has keen interest in access to justice and procedural fairness. Prior experience includes roles as Disputes Tribunal Referee, Tenancy Tribunal Adjudicator, and barrister and solicitor to partnership level.
