Expert judgement has been interpreted in various ways since inclusion in NCC evidence of suitability pathways. The 2025 NCC edition has limitations on expert judgement use. This webinar addresses consensus interpretation of when and for what matters expert judgement applies, who qualifies as an expert, and what building surveyors must do to assess expert-provided information.
