About this session
A four-day livestream program on practical trauma-informed interventions for mental health professionals. Days 1-2 cover treating PTSD using cognitive behavioural approaches; Days 3-4 address Complex PTSD treatment for survivors of developmental trauma, incorporating techniques from Emotion Focused Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, and other modalities.

Synthesises practical approaches from multiple modalities with positive outcomes for PTSD and Complex PTSD clients. Content applicable to both adult and adolescent populations. Techniques designed for immediate clinical use.

About the Presenter
Dr Leah Giarratano is a doctoral-level clinical psychologist with vast clinical and teaching expertise in traumatology since 1995. Author of seven books on assessment and treatment of psychological trauma and cognitive behaviour therapy application.
