SUMMARY:Monash IVF Group Clinician Education Program
DESCRIPTION:The Monash IVF Group Clinician Education Program is a multidisc
 iplinary education series designed to support the ongoing professional dev
 elopment of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists practising in reproductive me
 dicine and fertility care. The program provides evidence-based education a
 cross a range of contemporary topics\, including reproductive endocrinolog
 y\, infertility\, genetics\, assisted reproductive technologies\, fertilit
 y preservation\, donor conception\, surrogacy\, and male reproductive heal
 th. Delivered by subject matter experts from across Monash IVF Group\, the
  program aims to enhance participants’ knowledge\, clinical reasoning an
 d application of best practice in fertility care. Sessions incorporate a v
 ariety of educational approaches\, including expert presentations\, case-b
 ased discussions\, critical review of current evidence\, interactive quest
 ion-and-answer sessions\, and reflective learning opportunities. The progr
 am supports clinicians to remain current with emerging research\, evolving
  technologies and multidisciplinary approaches to patient care. By promoti
 ng evidence-based practice\, ethical decision-making and patient-centred c
 are\, the program aims to strengthen clinical competence\, improve patient
  outcomes and support continuous professional development in alignment wit
 h the educational and professional standards expected of specialists worki
 ng in women’s health and reproductive medicine. CPD hours This activity
