DESCRIPTION:The Operating with Respect course delivers advanced training in
  recognising\, managing and preventing discrimination\, bullying and sexua
 l harassment in surgery. It provides practical strategies and skills to re
 spond to unacceptable behaviour\, promotes reflection and self-awareness\,
  and challenges common biases. The course is compulsory for Surgical Super
 visors and Committee members and is also available to Fellows and Speciali
 st International Medical Graduates.
